Our system constitutes a challenge as in each class you will acquire knowledge based on real-case analyses, business trends, and perspectives from other classmates.
A course lasts 6 weeks and each week you will study a real business case (class-topic related), thereby learning to make decisions.

We are pioneers in online training under the Case Teaching Method developed by Harvard University in 1870.

We promote analytic skills (problem solving), teamwork, exchange of perspectives, and assertive decision making.
As we employ a flexible education system, your work-life and/or your personal growth project will not become a problem. Our study plan will allow you to continue with whatever your projects are. You will participate only in schedules you consider adequate for you.
Contrasting, debating, defending your position in a particular case is the order of the day in our classes. Your perspectives and those of others will be put to the test in the midst of others: those of your colleagues and high-level professionals from different companies and countries.
These tend to be our lines of reflection and debate:
- Business objectives and what you are facing.
- Decision impact in Triple Bottom Line areas.
- Risk management (decision-making related).
Our study material comprises business cases that reflect social and environmental responsibility. At Westfield we educate human beings who can lead profitable, sustainable, and conscious businesses, which means that you will always analyze cases from the perspective of people, planet, and profits of that of the business, not just from one of them.
